Grievance redressal
If something has gone wrong and normal support has not resolved it, write to info@ayurwild.com with "Grievance" in the subject line and your order number.
As required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we will acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within one month of receipt.

Where our products are made
Our own two formulations — Samhara and Thrupthan — are manufactured under Thathasthu Loan Licence No. 11/25E/2024 at the GMP-certified premises of Aswini Ayurvedic Pharmacy, Door No. SB 13/1A, Chethalayam P.O., Sulthan Bathery, Wayanad 673592. The five Aswini-brand products we stock are made at the same unit under their Manufacturing Licence 10/25D/2018.

Please note: the Sulthan Bathery address is a manufacturing unit, not a shop. Correspondence should go to our Ambalavayal address above.
