Where do you ship?
Across India. We do not currently ship internationally.
How long will my order take?
Dispatch is 1–2 working days. After that, 2–4 days within Kerala, 3–5 across South India, and 5–8 for the rest of India. Full detail in our Shipping Policy.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, across most serviceable pincodes. A COD handling fee may apply and is shown at checkout.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, by email and by WhatsApp or SMS where you have given us a number, as soon as the parcel is picked up.
My pincode is not accepted at checkout.
A small number of pincodes are not serviceable by our courier partners. Email info@ayurwild.com and we will try to arrange something.
Authenticity and licences
Who runs Ayurwild?
Ayurwild (ayurwild.com) is owned and operated by Thathasthu Herbals, Ambalavayal, Wayanad, Kerala. We sell our own Thathasthu Herbals formulations and the range of Aswini Ayurvedic Pharmacy. This store was previously called Thathasthu.
Are your products licensed medicines?
Yes. Everything we sell is manufactured under a drug licence issued by the Drugs Control Administration, Government of Kerala, at a GMP-certified unit.
Do you manufacture your own products?
Two of them. Samhara Skin Solution and Thrupthan Migraine Oil are our own formulations under Thathasthu Loan Licence No. 11/25E/2024. The other five are made by Aswini Ayurvedic Pharmacy under their Manufacturing Licence 10/25D/2018, and we stock them.
Why do you keep saying who the manufacturer is?
Because most Ayurvedic sellers online do not, and you are entitled to know. Full detail on our Licences & Manufacturing page.
Can I verify your licences?
Yes. Both numbers are published on this site and printed on the packs. If you are a practitioner, pharmacy or distributor and need copies of the certificates, email us.
What is a loan licence?
It lets us manufacture our own approved formulations on another company's licensed premises rather than building our own factory. The licence, formulation and product approval are ours; the premises and technical staff are Aswini's.
How do I know a product I received is genuine?
Check the licence number and product code on the pack against what is listed on the product page. Our seven checks guide explains what else to look for.
Using the products
Which product should I choose?
Each product page says who it suits. If you are still unsure, use our free consultation before ordering rather than guessing.
Which of your two hair oils do I need?
Part your hair and look at the skin. Flaking or dryness on the scalp → Vasabringamalakadi. Scalp fine but hair dull, limp or damaged → Karmukhil.
How long before I see results?
Traditional Ayurvedic preparations work over weeks and months, not days. Scalp and skin comfort often improve within a few weeks; hair texture and general wellbeing take longer. Anyone promising a transformation in a fortnight is selling you something.
Can I use these alongside my prescribed medication?
Tell your doctor what you are taking and follow their guidance. Never stop prescribed treatment in order to use something bought from us. Please read our Disclaimer.
Are they safe during pregnancy, or for children?
Not without advice from a qualified practitioner. Please ask a physician first.
What does "100% natural" mean on your packs?
Herbal formulations with no synthetic colours, artificial fragrance or harsh chemical additives. It does not mean "no side effects" or "safe for everyone" — that is a claim we will not make.
Which products are external use only?
Vasabringamalakadi, Karmukhil, Orthokare, Samhara and Thrupthan. Do not take any of them internally.
Returns and refunds
Can I return a product I have opened?
No. Once a seal is broken we cannot confirm how a medicine has been stored or whether it is safe, and we will not resell it — which means we cannot take it back. Full reasoning in our Refund & Return Policy.
My parcel arrived damaged.
Email info@ayurwild.com within 48 hours with photographs of the item and the outer packaging including the shipping label. We will replace or refund in full. The packaging photos matter — without them the courier will not accept a claim.
Can I cancel my order?
Free before dispatch. After dispatch you can refuse the delivery. See our Cancellation Policy.
How long do refunds take?
3–5 working days for UPI, 5–7 for cards, netbanking and COD refunds to a bank account, counted from approval.
Trade and bulk
Do you supply practitioners and pharmacies?
Yes. Email info@ayurwild.com with your practice or shop details for trade terms.
Can I stock your products?
Get in touch. We can supply our own two formulations directly and discuss the Aswini range.
